All merchandise purchased from Beaumont Products, Inc. and BeaumontProducts.com can be returned for a replacement or a refund within 30 days from purchase date. Exceptions will include FDA regulated merchandise which is not eligible for return or refund. If 30 or more days has passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number issued by Beaumont Products’ Customer Service Department. Returned merchandise that does not contain a RMA number will be subject to disposal. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, unused and in sellable condition. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise:
For merchandise that has arrived in substandard condition, it may not be necessary to return the product. Please email a photo of the damaged merchandise and the original order number to CustomerService@beaumontproducts.com for assistance in obtaining a replacement order.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, credit will be issued for the purchase price, using the original method of payment; this can take 7-10 business days once the refund has been requested.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable. In the event that merchandise is returned to Beaumont Products, the sender is responsible for shipping costs.
